What I hear most during coaching..

Coaching is a process where people can express themselves that they are not able to in the day to day. They can speak their mind.
Very often what i hear (without getting involved in any way) is that people have "a ha" moments just by talking their thoughts out loud - and i have personally experienced this. Arriving to new insights by just expressing my mind freely and having someone that listens.
Perhaps this has happened to you as well when you have been able to just freely speak your mind?
My role as a coach is not to tell you what to do but to listen and notice (and ask questions). Listen without judgement. It is you who has the answers and knows what is right for you.
